Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci (Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej currently Onesti) Romanian Gymnast born on November 12, 1961. She was the first Romanian to score a of 10 for an Olympic contest. Bela Karalyi came across Comaneci at age six. She would later become Romania's gymnastics coach. At first, she competed in the championships for juniors from Romania in the year 1969, she finished 13th. In 1970, she the Romanian gymnast won. Her first ever international event in 1972 she came out on top having won three golds. The athlete won four golds and one silver medals in her senior debut international competition, held in 1975. It was the first time she participated as an adult. She was the first woman to perform a reverse double salo on the parallel bar that was uneven when she won the American Cup, New York City 1976. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. When she was in her teens she was performing on traveling shows like Ice Capades as a skater together with her younger sister Nina Wayne. Carol Marie Wayne was born on September 6 1942 at Chicago Illinois US. Carol began her journey into the entertainment business as a teenager. The path she took to success began when she joined her sister Nina Wayne to perform in Ice Capades, a traveling show of entertainment. The shows were ice skating performances that were performed to music from the stage.
